He is rated at 5 stars for tenderness by GeneSTAR. His mature rib eye is 24 inches and his weight at birth 78 lbs. actual and 2,800 lbs. at maturity. His dam is the incomparable SBF Royal Gypsy.

Against 491 Hereford contemporaries and 44 Hereford sires in the American Hereford Association 2003 Reference Sire feedlot and carcass testing program, the 46 progeny of MC Ranger 9615 ranked as follows:
Hot Carcass Weight Ratio: 104%
Rib Eye Area Ratio: 102.1%
Intramuscular Fat (IMF or Marbling): 112.6%

Especially strong marbling genetics were found in polled King Ten "J2" calves out of Ranger 9615 daughters.
